Pursuant to Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "Law"), your personal data is processed by SolarTools, whose contact details appear below, in its capacity as data controller.

2. Personal Data Processed

• Identity and contact data (name, email, phone, company, title),
• Customer transaction data (order, subscription, request and support records),
• Transaction security data (IP, logs, cookie records).

3. Purposes of Processing

• Provision of products and services and execution of contract processes,
• Evaluation of requests and complaints and conduct of communication activities,
• Fulfilment of legal obligations and ensuring information security.

4. Legal Grounds

Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law: establishment/performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest and, where necessary, explicit consent.

5. Transfer

Limited to the purpose of providing the service, your data may be transferred to payment institutions (iyzico), infrastructure/hosting and logistics service providers, and authorised public institutions, in compliance with the legislation.

6. Your Rights (Article 11 of the Law)

• To learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for that purpose,
• To request correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data,
• To request deletion/destruction within the conditions provided by the Law,
• To object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis of the processing.
