Delivery and Returns

1. General

These Delivery and Returns terms apply to subscription services and physical hardware products purchased through the SolarTools portal (portal.solartools.com.tr) and form an integral part of the Distance Sales Agreement.

2. Delivery of Subscription / Software Services

Subscription and software services are performed electronically. After your payment is confirmed, your portal account and the modules you purchased are activated immediately or within a reasonable period.

If you experience any delay in activation, you can contact our support team.

3. Delivery of Hardware Products

• Hardware products (data logger, weather station, etc.) are shipped to the delivery address you specify in the order via the contracted courier/logistics company.
• The delivery time is stated on the portal according to product and stock availability, not exceeding the statutory 30-day period.
• Unless otherwise stated, the shipping fee is shown separately in the order summary.
• We recommend that you check the packaging upon delivery and have a report drawn up for any package that appears damaged.

4. Right of Withdrawal (Hardware Products)

For physical hardware products, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery to you or the person at the address you indicated, without providing any justification.

It is sufficient to send us your withdrawal notice within this period by email or through our contact channels.

5. Return Process and Conditions

• The product to be returned must be sent together with its invoice, all accessories and complete/undamaged packaging.
• The product must have been used in accordance with its operation and instructions; the buyer is responsible for any loss of value resulting from use.
• After the return is approved, the product price and any delivery costs are refunded using your original payment method within 14 days from the date the withdrawal notice is received.

6. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

For software/subscription services performed instantly in electronic environment, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once performance has begun with your consent. Products specially prepared for you or unsuitable for return due to hygiene/health reasons are also outside the scope of the right of withdrawal.

7. Subscription Cancellation and Refunds

For subscription cancellations and period-based refund requests, the rules stated on the portal and in the pricing terms apply. No charge is made during the 14-day free trial period.
